Starting with Turno is cost-free with account creation. Afterward, fees apply as follows:
- Free Subscriptions: Subscription fees are waived if any of the following conditions are met:
- The host has only one property.
- The host uses cleaners exclusively from Turno‘s Cleaner Marketplace.
- The host is integrated with any of our partners (for one year only with Avantio) including Gusty for Hosts, hospitable, iGMS, Hostfully, Jetstream, Jurny, Uplisting, LODGIFY, OwnerRez, or STREAMLINE.
- Paid Subscriptions: If none of the conditions above are met, hosts pay $8 per month per property with monthly payments, or $6 per month per property with annual payments (a 25% discount).
